Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1.1. Policing of Hotel Property and its clients.
1.2 Patrolling and reporting of issues noted throughout the property.
1.3 Advising and supporting Hotel Management during any crisis.
1.4 Responding correctly to criminal offences/activities affecting the hotel, its employees and clients.
1.5 Leasing with emergency services, Government and Local Government representatives.
1.6 To be fully conversant with Operational Procedures and Guidance notes in manual held in the Security Office.
1.7 To be fully conversant with the layout of the Property.
1.8 To be fully conversant with the Unicom lock system ‘Security’ related procedures.
1.9 To be fully conversant with the Phoenix Service Units and opening procedures.
1.10 To be fully conversant with Lost & Found procedures.
1.11 To attend any training sessions as and when required.
1.12 To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
1.13 To comply with any reasonable instructions issued by management.
1.14 To be fully conversant with the hotel fire and emergency procedures.
1.15 To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
1.16 To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
