PPC Operations Director

PPC OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ONLINE TRAVEL COMPANY LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND The PPC Operations Director will be responsible for managing a team of PPC Specialists inside the Webmarketing department, reporting to the Online Marketing Director. The main objective for the PPC Operations Director is to drive the continuous improvement of the PPC / SEM operations towards the excellence and the improvement of the main KPIs. Responsibilities: -Develop near and long-term SEM strategies, roadmaps, for the PPC operations -Define internal targets for the whole team and for every team member -Lead the roles definition, inside his/her team, towards the achievement of the strategic goals -Ensure the productivity of the team by leading the projects definition and deadlines setting and monitoring -Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, etc. -Stay current with the main PPC KPI’s and the impact that his/her team is having on them. Identify factors that can lead to improvement -Work on the personal development of the team members (Online Marketing learning and skills development), creating a top-class team of PPC operations experts Required Skills Strategic thinking Very good analytical skills Innovative thinking Demonstrate proactive and solutions-oriented approach towards business problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal skills Required Experience Strong PPC experience, directly managing campaigns at least in Google Adwords. Experience in other Search Engines like Yahoo, Bing, etc. will be appreciated.
