PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER ONLINE TRAVEL / HOTEL BOOKING COMPANY LOCATION: SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA Asia Pacific's fastest growing online booking website for travel/hotels. We are currently seeking a Partner Relationship Manager, a sales and business development role within the Affiliate Partner team, focusing on Australia’s and New Zealand’s online travel markets. The key objective of the PRM is to drive hotel sales through third parties and diverse distribution channels, using innovative affiliate partner products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing global online travel organisation and be part of the fastest growing industry in travel. Roles and responsibilities: Generation of partner leads Ownership of the sales and marketing process from deal negotiation to deal closure Approval of deals through internal best practices including Legal, Finance, IT Building long-term relationships with partners Strategic planning and optimization of partnerships Involvement with media and PR in the local market Marketing of the Affiliate Partner program in the local market Looking for innovative business development opportunities Required Skills Proven sales and account management track record Business development and deal negotiation experience is a must 5+ years of relevant work experience Demonstrated consumer and client orientated mindset with preference for candidates from e-commerce and/or travel sector Good understanding of Internet trends Experience in interacting with external senior level executives The preference will be given to candidates with experience in online-travel business This position will be based out of Sydney office.
