To establish and maintain high standards of quality service, guest relations and meet the required revenue target within the respective outlet. The Beverage and Food Department (Service).
We are seeking a motivated, career driven individual to join our B&F Team as B&F Supervisor.
In this hands-on role you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Coach manage the outlet, setting and maintaining performance standards and ensuring excellence in guest service.
The successful candidate will have had a minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage in a 4 star environment in a similar role.
This job description is not restricted to responsibilities in the department as assigned above. You may be asked to work in alternate teams as required by the business.
In addition, the successful candidate will:
o Have a strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
o Display excellent grooming and presentation
o Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Have strong attention to detail
o Display strong organizational and time management skills
o Have experience in skills training and rostering of staff
o A good knowledge of costs control and revenue generation within a Food & Beverage department
o Previous Micros skills.
o Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
o Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management would be highly regarded
