We are looking for an outstanding applicant to be responsible for the Food and Beverage operation of Karma Kandara Resort, located in Ungasan, Bali in Indonesia.
This is very much a “hands on” position and you will be required to lead by example with particular emphasis on ensuring that the department is operating under acceptable five star deluxe standards including breakfast, lunch and dinner operation, bar service and Lounge operation and promotion, in and out villa dining, banquets and special events and general upkeep of the department to acceptable industry five star standards including personnel training and retention programs.

We are looking for someone with lots of energy, great communication skills, with excellent wine knowledge and the ability to gain and maintain rapport with cultural diversity. Another language other than English is an advantage but not essential.
