The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of two years' experience as a F&B Manager/Director
• Fluent in French and English (Verbal and written).
• North African experience desirable
• Extensive experience working with luxury hotel or resort.
• F&B Expert with solid reputation in the industry
• Strong and sound Banqueting experience
• Exposure to Hotel Operations
• Sound Financial and Business acumen
• Marketing & Merchandising
• Menu and Product development. Creative and innovative
• Training & Mentoring
• Proficient in Micros System and good knowledge in Opera is desirable.
• Project Management and Hands-on Operator.
• Attention to detail
• Able to meet financial targets
• Ability to manage large teams and large volume (multiple restaurants)
• Outstanding leadership skills with positive attitude
• Confident and effective communicator.
