Our client is managing an exclusive Island Resort with exquisite quality and presentation for 50 villas and is looking for a dynamic Executive Chef in managing multiple restaurant outlets. The successful candidate must have luxury resort experience with a good understanding of managing an international workforce and “Charming” the guests with a mesmerizing culinary service.
Desired profile:
At least 5 years as Executive Chef within luxury resorts or top-end boutique 5 star hotels
Minimum 10 years kitchen management experience
Western European nationality preferred
Manage multiple outlets, arrange functions and implement changes in menus
Managing the team effectively and inculcating an excellent training program
Certified in HACCP
Maintain and present hygiene
Detailed eye & passion for food, quality and presentation
Computer literate
Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen
Confident in budgeting, cost control and purchasing
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
