Revenue Manager, Luxury Resort Company, Caribbean

Our client a small resort company in the Caribbean are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee the revenue function for two small luxury resorts. This might be a good next step for a solid Reservations Manger who has some experience in yield management and revenue generation. The successful should have the following experience, knowledge and style:

· Analytical

· To make decisions in collaboration with others, but to be decisive

· Generate ideas on how to increase revenue in all areas of the business

· Forecasting/Budgeting

· Good understanding of how online travel agents operate, i.e. Expedia, Travelocity etc

· Strong understanding of Excel

· Strong background in Reservations

· Ability to lead a meeting and give direction

· Positive outlook, Motivator, Enthusiasm and passion

This position is suitable for single person.
