The Crown & Champa Resorts is looking for the following positions to fill in the vacancies in their group of hotels in the Maldives. We are looking for:
- Male, not more than 40 years old; European/Australian/South African/American/Canadian
- Minimum 5 yrs work experience in a 4 star Hotel; island or remote area work experience will be an advantage
- Culinary Degree or education preferred
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards; good understanding of purchasing and maintenance of kitchen equipments; possess effective decision making and problem solving; Good understanding of operating budgets, forecasting, scheduling and Profit & Loss statements; knowledge in standard software application and hotel system; knowledge of menu composition
Notes: All positions must travel in single status and able to perform in a multi-cultural environment; 1 year contract but a mutual commitment of 2 years
