The ideal candidate is hands-on and is standards driven with passion for training and development. He/She must have Operations Manager experience or should have been working as Resident Manager in a remote location for a minimum of 3 years. F&B Background with exposure to rooms division is preferred as well as European/South East Asian training background.
Opera/Micros experience is essential.
