Position/Level Executive Sous Chef DH
Requirement HOD: A recognized university degree and/ or relavent educational background.
4/3 years related experience in the position with a proven record holding such a management level. Hotel/Resort opening experience in the Maldives in a similar position is an added advantage.
Job Scope: To set-up and assist getting the operation/department ready for the opening of the hotel on time and ensuring service standards, sequences are implemented effectively. To train pre-opening team associates while following the core values and service philosophy of Centara Hotels & Resorts.
