There are a number of restaurants, a café, bar and lounge; each enjoys its own individual look and feel, complementing the destination.
We are looking for a General Manager, a professional of exceptional quality with a number of years’ experience in the operation of multi-unit, freestanding restaurants, ideally with a work background in Singapore, Bangkok or Hong Kong.
The venue is luxurious throughout and we expect the General Manager to be a marketing savvy individual that subscribes to the philosophy of operating at a 5 star level in every aspect.
The candidate should be in his 30s with an outgoing personality and have a good understanding of European style restaurants/café/bars.
We expect the individual to have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to train, motivate and lead a fine team of local staff. An entrepreneurial spirit and gift to capture the local clientele are essential and highly regarded.
The position is financially highly rewarded and reports direct to the owner/developer.
