We are looking for a Sommelier for a luxury resort in the Maldives. The successful candidate should hold extensive experience in an international five star hotel industry in a similar role. Job Summary: • Manage wine and beverage inventory and sales • Creating wine lists for food and beverage outlets • Recommend and sell wines and other beverages to guests • Train the team on wine and wine matching and ensure they well prepared for wine sales • Propose menus that wine friendly • Take overall charge of wine and beverage sales and training.
