Shift patterns as required
Five days from seven
Running the fine dining restaurant Kitchen
Hands on approach managing the business
Controlling a team of 14 chefs

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experienced as Sen Sous or Head Chef in a 5 star hotel kitchen
French / European background required
