An opportunity exists for someone with experience at the highest level of culinary levels and with a true culinary passion, but not yet at management level, to be part of a small dynamic kitchen team at one of the Indian Ocean's most exclusive resort concepts.
The position is located on a small private island in the Republic of Maldives and the concept is that of a standalone exclusive single occupied scenario catering for up to 12 guests at one time.
- Property opens in October 2012 and the position must commence in September 2012 to do pre-opening finalizations.
- All round culinary ability is necessary
- Ability to be able to live and work in an isolated environment with a small team a must
- The position offerred is open to both male/females and is of single living status
