• Minimum of 5 years F&B managerial experience.
• Well versed with superior service standards, bar service, guest interaction, solid organizational skills, and capable of maintaining a cohesive team.
• International experience preferably with LHW or SLHW;
• Desirable qualities include extrovert personality, physically fit, presentable, and able to adapt to local culture;
• Should be a self-starter, highly motivated, possess leadership qualities and with a proven track record with small or medium sized luxury hotels;
• Must be able to lead and motivate the team and function as mentor & coach.
