Strong Leadership skills - the ability to teach, train and develop others. Ability to teach and lead cooks who are not formerly trained.
Experience with a broad range of international cuisines and flavors, including but not limited to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Indian and general Western Cuisine.
Responsible for maintaining quality of food product and ensuring consistency in food delivery and standards.
Prefer college and/or culinary degree. Must have a minimum of 10 years of kitchen experience and five years of experience as a current Executive Chef or related experience in a similar environment.
Experience in a 4 or 5 star caliber property required.
