The successful candidate will be responsible for advance booking and reservations, handling guest inquiries, maintaining guest records and creating a favorable public image over the phone. Perform up-selling whenever possible.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Familiar with Opera/Infrasys system. Proficient with computer operations.
