1.2. Maintains complete files and records of all Hotel employees.
1.3. Coordinates with all Department Heads, Managers or Assistant Managers in the hiring, selecting, orientation, supervision, evaluation, training, discipline and dismissal of employees.
1.4. Conducts exit interviews for the leavers.
1.5. Handles reference checks for all potential candidates.
1.6. Researches personnel management trends and practices, competitive compensation, benefits, salaries incentive packages, and conveying findings with recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
1.7. To establish the house rules and regulations and the Employee Handbook.
1.8. Assists in updating the manning guide and grading system and maintaining manpower/human resources inventory.
1.9. Conducts staff consultation, counseling, motivation, grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
1.10. Responsible in the preparation of all necessary requirements related to foreign management health examination, work permits, residence permit, visas and government registrations.
1.11. Arranges the pre-employment formalities by issuing medical forms to the selected candidates for medical examination and obtaining medical certificates, uniform fitting, and photocopies necessary documents such as ID card, Driver’s License, medical doctor’s license, etc.
1.12. Compiles monthly statistics on leavers, new hires, for each department and hotel.
1.13. Receives analyses and advises management on employees’ requests and grievances.
1.14. Ensures that there is constant and efficient communication between management and employees (and vice-versa).
1.15. Establishes and maintains health, safety, recreational, and welfare programs for the Hotel employees.
1.16. Maintains extensive information on current government laws, rules and regulations affecting employment, health and safety at work and coordinates programs related to these areas.
