Area Director of HR Africa - based Kenya

A well known International hotel group is seeking a Regional Director of HR to cover the Africa region.

The Regional Director of HR will oversee 4 active hotels with their own HR team - 8 new hotels coming up.

Requirements:

1. Must have Africa Experience
2. Must come from a branded hotel background pref regional position.
3. Cant be south African nationality
4. Must have a strong recruitment background as this will be a big part of the role.

Salary:
Circa 4,000 - 4,500 USD basic + benefits
