Ensures guest satisfaction by checking-in and rooming VIP guests in the most courteous and efficient manner. Responsible for attending to the VIPs and making sure that all their details are well-taken care of before, during, and after their stay. Responsible for monitoring their preferences, comments, and requests for future reference.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
-Excellent technical skills in Opera and MS Office applications
- Has exceptional ability to handle customer complaints.
- Good knowledge of the F&B operations
