We love people who apply the same amount of care and passion to their jobs as they do their hobbies - people who help us create great hotels guests love.   At the moment we're looking for a Resident Manager to lead our professional and charming team at InterContinental Muscat.  This is a full-serviced InterContinental Hotel located between the majestic Hajjar Mountains and the sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean. InterContinental Muscat is a 35-acre oasis in the heart of the city's premier residential, government and diplomatic quarter providing sophisticated and thoughtful resort-style facilities.    You'll manage the overall operation of your hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment. By creating a positive and productive work environment, you'll ensure superior guest experience and compliance with quality, service and operational standards.  You'll report directly to the Regional General Manager and lead the Hotel Executive Committee Members and Department Heads.
