Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1.1Make all floral arrangements according to the needs of the hotel.

1.2Maintains the flower arrangements in the hotel premises.

1.3Freshen the flowers for the outlets according to the established schedule.

1.4Orders new flowers in consultation with the Executive Housekeeper when needed.

1.5Orders the all equipments require for floral arrangements.

1.6Receives all ordered flowers in order to ensure that the quality of freshness is according to the standard required.

1.7Makes the weekly order for the flowers needed in the hotel operation.

1.8Ensure that the flowers and leaves are competitive price.

1.9 Ensure that the flowers and leaves are kept in required temperature.

1.10Ensure that the flowers and leaves are wrapped and kept in the storage area accordingly.

1.11.Ensure that the cleanliness of the flower shop is kept neat and tidy.
