A member of Small Luxury Hotels, this 5 star property is looking for a pro-active, dynamic secretary with a 5 star hotel background to support and manage the executive administrative functions of its Executive team.
The successful applicant must have an excellent administrative background and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience in Opera PMS is an advantage.
The candidate must be confident to deal with company Directors, Clients and Senior Executives on a day to day basis.
