As a General Manager at Cristal Hotels, your mission and intent would be to assume complete responsibilities of all aspects of a hotel operation, including but not limited to Operational, Financial, Business Development, Technical and Administrative Departments, by being proactive, creative and results oriented.
To be successful in grabbing this position, you must be someone possessing core competencies such as Business Acumen, Managerial Audacity, Strategic Agility & Planning, Financial Discipline with a Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Ethics & Values, Interpersonal Savvy and Motivating Others; with a fundamental knowledge in areas of Hotel Accounting Principles; Food & Beverage, Rooms and Recreation Department’s Operation; Hotel Maintenances & Repairs; Human Resources & Employee Development activities; Sales, Marketing & Yield Management techniques; and General Safety, Security & Statutory Regulations.
