As C&B Manager you would be overseeing a team of up around 4 employees and report directly to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. Your focus would be on the commercial side.
The hotel is a new design hotel with large banqueting & conference facilities.
It is certainly a great opportunity for a driven (Assistant) Conference & Banqueting Manager or Event Manager to join a group in big expansion both in Italy and internationally.
Candidates need to be experienced (Assistant) Conference & Banqueting Managers or Event Managers in 4*/5* properties, have gained chain experience. Candidates should also speak Italian & English and be eligible to work in Europe. Due to the interview organization, candidates should also be based in Europe currently.
