Requirements
Experience:

Having an experience in similar position for at least 12 months with a great deal interpersonal skills and good level in
of physical fitness.
Skills and Knowledge

Able to work flexible hours

Driving License with 3 and 5 driving techniques
Education or Certification

Good level of English essential
Responsibilities
1)
Greet hotel guests according to the Marriott International Standards
2)
Ensure that you are on time to your duty with clean uniform and well groomed.
3)
Be familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation and current promotions
4)
Have knowledge of Doorman and Bellman duties.
5)
Assist guest with luggage, when arriving or departing from the hotel.
6)
Assist guest with loading/offloading form the vehicle.
7)
Be knowledgeable of all traffic regulations and abide by them at all times
8)
Maintain an alert position in the Entrance; do not form groups when not busy.
9)
Have knowledge of all Bell stand SOP’s and LSOP’s
10)
Be familiar with local area services, offices, attractions, restaurants, etc.
11)
Able to provide directions to various destinations within the city.
12)
Follows L.A.K.E program and suggests recommendations according to guest needs.
13)
Implement and follow car key control and log accordingly.
14)
Treat guest’s cars with respect, and always be cautious while driving.
15)
Respect the driving rules within the property at all times.
16)
Be familiar with different makes of car and their operation.
17)
Be fully aware of all safety and emergency procedures
18)
Be security conscious at all times, inform manager of anything suspicious
19)
Report any accidents immediately to the management
19) Ensure that hotel entrance is clean, tidy and free of clutter at all times.
