Our client is a Luxury five star Hotel in Kuwait City and we are looking for a Front Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Front Office Management in Leading Hotels.
This exceptional Front Office Manager will be leading and managing the Front Office department. This position reports directly to the General Manager, and is required to maintain the highest standards in daily operation, customer service, team training and overall performance of the department.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience as Front Office Manager. Experience in leading five star hotels with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Impeccable level of personal presentation is essential as well as diplomacy and problem solving skills. You must also be able to multi-task, provide service excellence and make decision under pressure.
