Corporate Travelling Pastry Chef

Several years of Cruise ship experience as Executive Pastry Chef required.
Extensive knowledge in classic and modern European pastry and bakery.
Well experienced in menu creation and recipe development.
Able to travel world wide without major restrictions
Would be required to travel within Europe without the need of a Visa.
Able to train, mentor and coach pastry chefs and pastry cooks on board the vessels
Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Salary: Excellent Salary and package – to be discussed on application
Vacation Pay
Contract: Part office based / Part Ship based.
Corporate Supervisor Status onboard
Travel expense all paid by the company
In this position the person will remain a maximum of one month on the same ship.
There would be extensive travel involved with this position.

At least 3 – 5 years Cruise experience as an Executive Pastry Chef required.
Start date - asap
