Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management, the Events Executive is responsible for the successful handling of catering events and groups involving more than 10 rooms. He/she handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process, maximizes business opportunities and ensures effective communication with clients, as well as efficient coordination among internal departments concerned.
- University degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least two years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic language, an advantage
- Good background in MS Office operation and Delphi system
- Revenue-driven; team player and relates well to people in different levels
- Creative; has an eye for details
