TRAINING MANAGER – MALDIVES

We are looking for a Training Manager for a luxury resort in the Maldives. Key tasks of Training Manager include • Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory to assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs. • Develop and customize activities to ensure participant engagement and knowledge retention. • Research and recommend a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs. • To lead in maintaining the hotel’s mentoring program, acting as the primary contact for employees and managers. • Contribution & Advice on learning and development strategy, in line with best practice and the latest developments in the field • Develop and deliver management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, costs, benefits, etc. • Assist with new employee orientation. Desired Profile • Experience in similar position in a 5 star property - minimum 3 years experience • Structured, proven track record in employee development • High level of interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills • Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication • Positive attitude, open minded, outgoing and energetic • Experience in driving change would be an asset.
