COST CONTROLLER 5* RESORT, MALDIVES

We are looking for a Cost Controller for a luxury resort in the Maldives. The key tasks of this Cost Controller role include: • Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports for F & B, spa, fuel, laundry minibars, engineering and amenities • Oversee monthly inventory counts and inputting to the system accurately • Prepare daily flash food cost reports • Carry out inventory counts in beverage outlets / mini bar and • Preparation of variance reports. • Prepare monthly purchase forecasts, evaluate purchase request and check GRNs for accuracy / proper allocation. • Perform recipe costing and suggest selling prices. • Maintain control on inventory • Assist other colleagues of Finance department when required Desired Profile • Experience in similar position in a 5 star property - minimum 3 years experience • Hands on experience in Materials Control software and MS Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In return the client offers competitive salary plus accommodation, food and other benefits.
