At HOCAPS International we are delighted to confirm that we have just taken on an exciting new challenge for a Sales Manager role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a team player, enthusiastic and able to perform in a fast-paced, highly changing marketplace. Excellent account management and negotiation skills are required. The right candidate will need to demonstrate creativity and patience when dealing with senior clients and stakeholders.

The Employer in question is a free travel guide and research internet platform that assists customers in gathering travel information and engaging in interactive travel forums.

Reporting to the head office in France, he is responsible for prospecting and recruiting new independent hotels or small independent group of hotels 3*, 4* and luxury.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Ideally, English mother tongue and fluent in French

- He has a temperament of "Hunter" which will allow him to bring to a successful conclusion his phone prospection and organize his meetings through UK. He will also have to hold in the good way his negotiations to close the deals in the respect of the objectives of the company

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, rather in the industry of internet / technology / travel (PMS / OTA/ GDS/…) or in sales / marketing for a hotel or a group of hotels.

- Well-mannered, organized and able to work in an autonomous way

- Determined, persuasive and have good negotiation skills

The successful candidate will be based in UK, although there will be business trips to the hotels in UK and in France.

Salary is about £32k - £35k plus up to 50% bonus.
