We are looking for F&B Directors with relevant ship experience who will supervise the entire onboard operation including:
- regularly meeting with the F&B Management team to discuss objectives, progress and results achieved
-daily inspections on the Guests’ and Crew areas
- monitoring the correct use and functioning of Hotel department equipment and materials
- analysing and solving problems and taking decisions
- transmitting know how to personnel and manage them efficiently
•handling pressure and working in an international environment dealing with huge volume of operation always with a positive and proactive attitude
What we require:
• Hotel School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management , some of which spent on board on a cruise ship
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Certified in HACCP, USPH or other Hygiene and Sanitation certificate
• Fluent level of English, basic Italian (comprehension and speaking) and one additional language amongst French, Spanish, German
• Availability for five-six months at a time
