To assist the Executive Chef to provide an efficient cost effective food service to the guests and the staff of the Resort.
- Minimum 8 years of experience at top food production level
- Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Food products. Market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Minimum 30 years old.
- Fluent in English
