Key responsibilities include training and development of the F&B team with emphasis on product knowledge and presentation, service delivery, maintaining standards, merchandising and promotion of beverage items, stock management and ensuring the property management system is managed effectively
A sound knowledge of beverage in general and strong cellar management is essential. Ideally, the successful candidate has remote location experience, having an international brand background and from a 5 star environment
