The manager will have a full understanding of entire guest activities operation. Oversee staff during daily operations as well as event operations to ensure all team members maintain a fun attitude towards children & teens as per standards and procedures. Ensure that all systems, games and technology are operating properly. Ensure the entire team is fully trained on handling children & teens, preparing activities, handling incidents and bad behavior, and emergencies. Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication.
The ideal person will come with an events background (Disney or similar), who has good experience working with kids and a natural talent for creativity.
Salary US $30,000 per annum plus expat benefits.
