The Role :
Reports to the Board of Directors.
Manage a vast portfolio of QSR single corporate branch units and existing franchisee units.
Demonstrate that you are a proven person-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results.
Implement documented system procedures, putting into writing, and documenting systems, in order to deliver consistent, reliable results.
Contribute in defining and managing the implementation of the outlets' Operations Manual.
Create a working environment that enthuses motivated and trained employees to deliver a warm, fun, genuine and memorable experience to our customers, which in return delivers maximum sales and profit.
Build team spirit within the outlets, maintaining a healthy and enjoyable working environment.Be an inspirational figure for others within the business
Recruit, train and continuously develop the team to achieve their personal best and deliver a great customer experience.
Actively encourage pride, passion, courage and integrity in all communications within the team.
Develop the business by continually seeking opportunities to improve service and increase sales, anticipating changes and planning accordingly.
Implement, monitor and check Health & Safety practices.
Responsible for a team of managers, accountants and service crew.

Set targets with clear standards and timescales.
Motivate by inspiring extraordinary efforts.
Coach and develop all team members and management personnel to effectively execute documented systems.
Complete semi-annual performance appraisals for all team members, area managers, and branch managers.
Recognise and share in your team’s success.
Recruit to ensure outlets are 100% staffed.
monitor, install/implement new quality benchmarks (best practice) across the business.

Control profit and loss.
Control food cost.
Report and analyze P&L.
Ensure the operations deliver financial objectives.
Demonstrate financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
Control the financial performance of the business, seeking to exceed agreed sales and profit targets and achieving agreed margins.
MBA degree educated or equivalent.
Strong QSR restaurant, hospitality, fast food management experience.
5 years in management positions preferably fast food restaurant experience.
Excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
Strong leadership abilities.
Customer service oriented.
Problem solving skills.
Strong customer experience values.
Experience of working within a similar quality-orientated food services organization.
Able to improve the speed and direction of decisions by clarifying and setting goals.
Background in structured/branded catering, restaurant or retail operation background.
Confident individual who has passion for what they do and are not afraid to talk out.
Experience of managing a dynamic team who will need to be coached and developed.
Ability to manage a multimillion-dollar business.
