In this posiiton you will be reporting to the Director and will be responsible to plan and direct all financial activities of the group in line with the Corporate goals.
Job Description:
1. Plan , Forecast, Budget and track the revenue
2. Analyze financial performance of all concepts against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
3. Partner with Operations Team in determining financial impact due to product cost , new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results, suggest process improvements.
4.Analyse financial, business data to provide value added information to the Senior Management to enable them to make informed business decisions.
5.Provides professional advice and guidance to internal customers on complex issues in order to ensure that policies are properly applied and implemented whilst high standards in financial/accounting practices are achieved and maintained
6.Monitors financial/accounting procedural compliance by subordinates and employees to ensure that all systems are adhered to.Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
7.Advise on the proper allocation of resources.
8. Prepare monthly P & L reports, cash flow analysis, project life cycle etc.
9. Develop pricing for all regional proposals.
10 Involved in due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and special projects.
11.Manage regional bank accounts for disbursements, receipts, reconciliations.Develop the organization’s funding base to secure present and future service delivery.
12. Prepares strategic long term business plans and 5 year financial projections for different concepts.
13.Recruits, trains, motivates and evaluates his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
13. will be the regional point of contact to ensure compliance with local tax, insurance, bonding and regulatory requirements.
PRE - REQUISITES:
Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance or ICMA with minimum 5 years experience in F & B industry.
