A leading five-star hotel in Cambodia is presently looking for a Muslim Halal Chef to be a part of their kitchen team which is serving guests with exquisite food and beverage facilities.
As a Halal Chef, the candidate must have experience of at least 5 years and must have worked in a luxury establishment prior. The candidate must also have thorough knowledge of various Halal procedures and must comply with such standards at all times.
Key Attributes:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in upmarket establishments serving Halal cuisine
Must be thorough with various Halal procedures
Maintain complete cleanliness and hygiene at the kitchen
Able to work within a team and train junior staff
Must be fluent in English, Arabic Speaking will be highly regarded
Experience in working within properties from Middle-East/Asia will be an added advantage
