DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
:

• Ensure that all back-of-the-house areas are clean (floors, tiles, ceiling)
• Follow strict guidelines when using chemicals
• Treat all dishes gently to prevent breakage
• Ensure only clean dishes are distributed
• Ensure garbage area is clean at all times
• Be flexible in working area
• Strictly follow hygiene and sanitation standards
• Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times
• Clean all kitchen equipment
• Pot and dish washing
• Storing of chinaware and glass
• Clear all rubbish and garbage bins
• To respond to changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry, or hotel company.
