Scope of work:
• Performs a variety of general or specialized clerical accounting activities related to the preparation and maintainance of financial and statistical records in a manual or automated environment.
Compile and sort invoices, bills and checks.
Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices and checks.
Execute Data Entry operations.
Verify documents substantiating business transactions.
Verify and post particulars of business transactions.
Verify bill discrepancies and resolve with customers.
The ideal applicants must:
-Have a very good planning & organizational skills.
-Have a Strong desire to develop self and others.
-Possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English – spoken and written – the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional pro active service consistently
-Have a strong enthusiasm and willingness to exceed the expectations of customers and colleagues
-Have attention to detail and ability to work individually and along with the team
The ideal applicant must:
-Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience preferrably in a multi- national chain hotel.
- Have worked with a multi cultural,five star environment.
-Hotel Degree or an equivalent Diploma/ Degree preferred.
