Ideal Candidate must have the following:
- With at least one (1) year experience as Sr. Chef De Partie / Jr. Sous Chef.
- Must be Knowledgeable in Hot and Cold Food Preparation
- High school with Certificate / Diploma in Cookery.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to take responsibility for an individual outlet, training of staff, preparation on menus for various theme nights/promotions, etc.
- Creative in Food Presentation
- Able to write and control Recipes and Costings
-Team Player with Team Leading Skills required
- Able to motivate Team
- Hardworking Attitude
- Enjoying Flexible Shifts
- Open for New Ideas
