Contract: 4 months on (7 days a week) and 2 months off

Candidate requirements:

Previous 5* Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef required. Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine and fine dining.
Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Chef is ideally required or Executive Chef experience in large scale 4* / 5* Hotel / Resort.
Excellent Management and leadership skills.
