Candidate should have a proven track record in providing high quality gourmet experiences and be able to create original and innovative dining experiences for the guests.

Should have an excellent sense of understanding of the luxury boutique hotel market and be able to anticipate the sophisticated culinary needs of the resort clientele and to facilitate the training of staffs to meet this requirement.

He/She should have pre-opening experience specifically within the luxury boutique hotel industry in the Indian Ocean and Asia Pacific regions.

Extensive international culinary experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior food production level.

Must be familiar and up-to-date with all the latest trends in food & beverage.

He / She must possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Should also be able to develop a cooperative work environment and demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting. Must be a great team player and can motivate the team to accomplish the highest level of standards.

Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent, not less than 30 years of age with a good knowledge of food products, food cost controlling, and pricing.

Computer language proficiency is a must.

Fluency in written & oral English is a must and knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage.
