Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

oAchieve Sales & Marketing Target and Key Account Manager Target.
oSet up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel's operations, such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
oProspect by telephone cold-calling to establish new business.
oEstablish and maintain corporate accounts with clients.
oFollow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
oFollow the standard operating procedure of Complaint handling.
oFollow-up leads provided by Global Sales Offices.
oResearch and present lost business reports at the Weekly Sales Meetings.
oMaintain familiarity with analyze the competition from other hotels as designated.
oParticipate in training programs.
oAssist in development of Business Plan.
