The ideal candidate will be currently a Banquet Coordinator or senior role within F&B Service in quality branded hotels. She/he should have had previous experience in the Middle East & if an Arabic speaker that would be an added advantage.

• He/she works with clients to coordinate menus and beverage services for banquets. Depending on the event, he/she might arrange for equipment, such as projectors and computers, or office supplies, such as paper and pens.

• He/She regularly follows up with clients and vendors to ensure the banquet will meet expectations and run smoothly.

• Consistent high quality of all services is maintained.

• Excellent overall communication skills and be able to multi task and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Fidelio / Opera and ability to learn new systems.

• An effective Team Player in a team based environment.

• Pro-active, reliable and Innovative.

• Able to work alone and within a team.

• Fluency in English.
