This landmark property in Sharjah with 259 rooms, currently being re-flagged as 'Hilton Sharjah', will feature four F&B outlets including an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge.
To accommodate Sharjah's strong meetings and conference demands, the hotel will have five boardrooms, one ballroom with a capacity for 400 and a business centre. Leisure facilities include a health club, squash court and two pools. Car parking and helipad also available.
What will I be doing?
The Commis III is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring consistently great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton Hotels
- Ensuring provision of food work in a timely manner
- Avoiding wastage in all their food work
- Providing support to the kitchen brigade
- Meeting all health and hygiene requirements
- 2 years experience in food production
- Knowledge of HACCP, Hygiene and order
- An ability to work within a team
- A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in their career
