We are currently looking for an experienced, well educated candidate to fill in the Reservationist vacancy we have in Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels.

Our Reservationist should be responsible for :

* handling incoming calls to the reservations department in a professional, efficient, friendly manner

* keeping accurate records of all paper transactions and will be responsible for handling advance deposits and keeping accurate records of all advance deposit.

*Corresponds with groups and travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates.

*store and receive reservation data.

Our ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker who has at least 3 years of experience in a 5 stars hotel, speaks English fluently, presentable, organised and guest oriented.
