We are looking for HR Manager who can perform a pivotal role in the effectiveness of the Resort as "Happy Team Member.... Happy Guest". Prompt start possible.
Set-up and manage the Human Resources operations in the hotel
Develop and implement all Human Resources Department strategies, plans, budgets and goals.
Coordinate the establishment of all department Policies & Procedures and SOPs
Establish and maintain effective internal communication and employee relations
Oversee the work of the Training Manager
Qualifications & Experience required
This role requires you to be suitably qualified with either a Degree or along with a minimum 5yrs experience at a 5* resort / hotel property. Able to cope and work in a remote island resort location. Due to the remoteness of resort this role would be most suited to a single status candidate.
